Come enjoy this space together in guided meditations with Jason & Christy (alternating who guides each Sunday) for 45 minutes. Taking your practice of yoga even deeper as we explore the inner landscape of our beings through different types of meditation. Their warmth and wealth of experience will guide you inward and back home to yourself.
