Classes offered in person or online

Hot Power Flow

A fun and energetic class focused on connecting your breathing to movement in a 90-degree room. An invigorating practice and great way to detox.                                                                                                                                                                                

Gentle Yoga/Yin

Slow gentle class focused on poses to bring wellness and flexibility. Great for beginners or those healing injuries. 80-ish degrees for those who like it a bit cooler.

Preschool Yoga

Kids love yoga.  Check out schedule for preschool classes for ages 3-6.                                                                                                                                                                        

Hatha

Breaking down the Vinyasa practice to better understand alignment and create a stronger more flexible you. The room is warm but not hot. We offer a Hatha and Hatha 1-2 class; Hatha 1-2 dives offers the work towards advanced poses.

Therapeutic Yoga

Specialized yoga classes led by a certified Yoga Therapist. Classes are focused on breath, movement, and meditation to promote holistic well-being especially for people facing physical and mental health challenges.

Acro Yoga - open play

A fun gathering of yogis of all levels to come explore Acro/Partner yoga.  No experience necessary just a willingness to play and have fun.           

No partner needed come and meet a friend.   

This is a donation based class/ no fee is required to play.                                                                                                                                                                   

Power Up

A power class with an elevated focus on alignment principles, pranayama, and meditation. Class is suitable for all levels and highly encouraged to elevate your current yoga practice and to work towards practicing more advanced yoga poses.

Pilates

Using the floor and wall as props for a full body workout.  Pilates builds strength and stamina and is a great companion to your yoga practice.  40 minutes of fun, give it a try.
