OUR YOGA CLASSES

GENTLE YOGA

All levels. 60 minutes.

 

Slow gentle class focused on poses to bring wellness and flexibility. Great for beginners or those healing injuries. 80-ish degrees for those who like it a bit cooler.

HOT POWER YOGA

All levels. 75 minutes.

 

A fun and energetic class focused on connecting your breathing to movement in a 90 degree room. An invigorating practice and great way to detox.   

HATHA

All levels. 75 minutes.

 

Breaking down the Vinyasa practice to better understand alignment and create a stronger more flexible you. The room is warm but not hot.
