Yoga SCULPT is the newest addition to The Mat's 6 week strength series designed to build STRENGTH in your body + mind. Each session is a 1hr extra spicy flow that blends yoga postures, hand weights + HIGH ENERGY MUSIC for a dynamic practice that moves with the beat. GET READY TO GET SWEATY Unlike the standard Yoga STRONG sessions, Yoga SCULPT is open to all Mat members and is included in every membership. Thank you for being part of the Mat community <3
