Vinyasa Flow
A fun and energetic class focused on yoking your breath to movement to create a practice that flows between poses. Suitable for all levels, instructors guide you to find the flow that gets you out of your head and into your body.

Full Spectrum Anusara
A 90 minute class with elevated focus on the universal principles of alignment, yoga philosophy and meditation. This class is suitable for all levels, and is especially recommended for yogis seeking a deeper understanding of yogic principles for practice on and off the mat.

Pilates
Our mat-style Pilates class incorporates the wall and light resistance to give you a full body workout that perfectly compliments your yoga practice. This class is especially great for building core strength. 40 minutes of fun, no experience needed.
Principles of Alignment
An Anusara-inspired yoga class that focuses on the Universal Principles of Alignment. In Anusara yoga, each pose is approached with the 3 A's: attitude, alignment, and action. In this class, you'll find how alignment means more than how to place your body, though of course that's part of it, too!
Power Flow
A fast and furious class focused on finding your power! One breath, one movement, NO EXCUSES.
Suitable for all levels, instructors guide you to find the flow that gets you out of your head and into your body.

​Classes are 45 mins in an unheated room.
Gentle Yoga (Flow)
Slow and sweet class with heavy use of props to promote relaxation. Ideal for yogis recovering from injury, just starting yoga, or looking to balance other physical activity. Gentle classes are mostly on the floor, while Gentle Flow (Friday) classes incorporate standing and balance work.
Pilates Core Express
This mat-style Pilates class incorporates classical Pilates movements with somatic breathing and pelvic floor strengthening. It's the perfect class for a midday pick-me-up - when you need to move but may not have time (or energy) for a full force workout.
Hatha
This slower practice balances the effort of postural practice with the ease of meditation and stretching. Instructors often offer longer holds, so you can find your ideal alignment. The room is gently heated to promote flexibility, but is not "hot" yoga.​

Gentle Therapeutic
Specialized yoga classes led by a certified Yoga Therapist. These classes are centered on breath, movement, and meditation to promote holistic well-being especially for people facing physical and mental health challenges.
