Service Description

This 45 min mat-style Pilates classes utilizes props (resistance bands, light weights, Pilates balls) for a full-body workout that strengthens your core, hips and shoulders. Instrucors offer modifications to sweeten or spice up your practice, depending on your needs each day. This group workout is particularly fun-loving and social - perfect for days you need a good workout and a pick-me-up.
