Community Yoga Flow

Service Description

Join The Mat Community for an all levels flow class! Class will often start and end in a seated or supine sequence, with a mix of standing and balance postures depending on the needs of the yogis in attendance. This donations-based class supports our teachers and a rotating charity each month.
