Join The Mat Community for a unique afternoon of mala making, meditation + restorative sound healing.
Malas (or prayer beads) are a traditional tool in various cultures to aid in the counting of 108 prayers or mantra repetitions.
They are the perfect accessory to focus your attention + wear your loving kindness in the world.
We will have semi-precious gemstones, glass + wood beads to string your mala, though these necklaces can be made of truly any materials.
