Service Description

Develop core strength that is responsive, intuitive and whole body healthy. Much like yoga, you'll connect diaphragmatic breathing with movement to promote proper core engagement. This mid-day class is designed to revitalize your energy so you feel strong + centered through the rest of your day. Perfect for in-studio or at-home practice, you don't need a ton of space or time to get a good workout. Props are occasionally used in this class, such as Pilates balls, blocks and resistance bands.
