Service Description

Partner yoga is a playful class made to deepen more than your stretch. Together, we'll practice breathing, assisted holds, mirror play, and even acrobatics! Play to your comfort level, get a good belly laugh, and learn another way to connect with someone you love. This class is suitable for yogis of all levels! Partners can be couples, friends, parent/kiddo duos (+12 yrs), or come solo. Price is for a pair of yogis. If you'd like to join solo, no need to sign up beforehand. We'll get you settled and paired up in-studio (:
