Service Description
Candle meditation, or trataka, is a classic form of concentration meditation. We begin with a simple asana (posture) practice to ease your body and calm your mind. Then, we shift our gaze away from the world to rest on the flame of a candle. This soft focus - observing the fluid movements of the candle's flame - is a practice to help sharpen your focus without reaction or judgement.
