This ticket is for attendance for the all levels flow class, starting at 6:30pm. Arrive in the present moment by connecting with your body. Brooke will guide an all levels class that blends breath, balance, and bliss. It's a wonderful way to calm your mind before receiving the wonderful sound healing.
