Weekend workshops are available to all. No experience necessary contact us for specifics. One weekend a month we will focus on a specific element of our yoga practice. Contact us for details. If you are interested in enrolling in our 200 hour yoga certification you must attend all 11 weekend workshops. Application for registration in the Teacher Training program can be obtained by emailing joyfulpose@gmail.com
