In Drum Circles, we unite in a circle—a symbol of wholeness and unity. The drum, one of the oldest instruments known to humanity, guides us on a journey of self-expression and connection. Through the steady beat of the drum, we enter a meditative and healing space. Feel free to bring your own instrument.
