Service Description
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice of breath exercises, meditation, and postures that work quickly to transform the mind. This ancient practice of releasing energy blocks helps you connect with your authentic self and feel uplifted. This class will focus on Anxiety and Imposter Syndrome. The class will begin with a gentle warm up before moving into the kundalini yoga sets, called kriyas, that help move energy and provide clarity. Most of the class will be seated postures with some arm movements and a focus on the breath. All levels are welcome!
